If any of you are wondering if this video works, IT DOES 100%. I started following her ab workouts about 3 months ago and have lost a lot of belly fat and got abs. I say give yourself 2 weeks, try doing this video or another ab workout video of hers once a day for 2 weeks and i promise you, you will see and feel a difference. +wonder xz YES! You will for sure get abs! Remember don't push yourself too much you're beautiful just the way you are! But yes, it will totally make you feel better :) i say do this video or another one of her ab videos once a day 6 days a week and you will for sure get abs! Give yourself 2 weeks and you will see results. Remember you must also eat healthy too! You can do this! If you have anymore questions let me know Good Luck beautiful!

I have been doing this everyday for two weeks now and my stomach is so flat (along with a healthier diet). It is my FAVORITE abs routine and the perfect length of video and I've never done a more effective workout. I have one more week and then I'm off to vacation in mexico with my abs! Thanks Rebecca!

Here's the thing. I totally believe this works and these exercises are awesome for core. But to anyone doing it, i'd suggest mixing this one up with other ab exercises as well, not only that but never do two ab days in a row because you need your muscles to recover, think of it like this, if you go a night without sleep, the next day you'll be unable to do many things, same with your abs, if you do not let them rest, you will overwork them, making it harder to get them. So on Monday, do this exact routine, kudos to Rebecca, and then Tuesday, a leg day lets say, and then Wednesday find another ab workout that works for you (maybe its another one of Rebecca's ab workouts, maybe not), then Thursday, a leg day again, then Friday this one. You see where i'm going here? Your body will kind of acclimate and it will get used to a certain exercise, you need to be giving your body new exercises every week so that it not plateau and so that every week is a challenge that is new for your body.

+Maria Fiallo I noticed how you used a frowny face, but there is nothing to be upset about! This just gives you more room for improvement, and once you achieve your goal of completing the whole workout you find a new, more difficult goal. Don't ever be discouraged based on other people's results- you are your own person, and you will do fantastic things!

I used to do these workouts back in 2016 when I had first started my fitness journey and now after around a year or so of only doing weight lifting I wanted to tone my abs and gosh this is SO hard. No wonder I had really toned and defined abs back in the day when I would religiously follow these workouts 😻🔥
