I can't thank you enough for your tools and training. I stumbled upon a fb add during lock down. Life changing. The genius in me sees the genius in you

Thank you David, u r truly ahead of time. I am just grazing the tip of the iceberg here. Just reaching out here from Singapore. I can see some commonality in the previous concepts i dabbled with... Recruitment of fascia, load to unload, 3D, instrinsic foot, mutlijoint, jount coupling, gait based, speedwork, higher neural driv

As positive feedback because I truly admire your work, for KZbin you should demonstrate more and talk afterwards while doing it, it’s a little annoying watching you almost perform the movement I came to watch and interupting yourself several times, it will also give you more retention time for you to reach more people with this amazing message, demonstrate the exercise first and explain the details while we reach the end of the video seamlessly 🤙🏼

Your premise is off with the pronation/supination. In regards to golf supination happens from momentum not effort. You can manually supinate/pronate if you like but it's not inherent in a golf swing.
@michaelvita62494 жыл бұрын
It’s called a kinematic sequence. His principle is not off in this regards. Alternation of left right supination and pronation is inherent in the proper biomechanics of all throwing and club/bat/racquet swinging. It’s called principles of human movement. It happens as a result of the end of the sequence. So as long as you aren’t out of sequence it is correct.
@jacobr45584 жыл бұрын
@@michaelvita6249 I agree it does. But talking about it makes it sound like you have to consciously do it. And you can also do it consciously and incorrect. Also known as a flip or overrotation of the forearms. So there's a fine line between educating somebody and giving too much information.

Can you just show a few reps without talking? Seriously. You only did like 3 full reps. Talking the entire time. And the reps were non-consecutive. It would be nice to see someone do a set of these as if they are actually working out.
