Damn strong. In your last training video you mentioned you're coached by Zlat now, is he personally coaching you or are you just following one of his programs?

100kg is nutty. imo thats def elite . u wont see that often IRL. on instagram sure... but in real world? very far and few between imo
@byeloz24366 ай бұрын
Very true. Social media is starting to ruin people's perspective on how hard something like this truly is, and even in general, how hard anything truly is.

55kg-ish was the heaviest I’ve ever seen irl and I’m pretty close to that lmao

@@baker4132 thats good bro. 100+ pounds is decent, 3 plates is great, 4 plates amazing, 5 plates elite/toptier imo. u have to also wonder how many of the top streetlifters r using roids and how much. im def pretty sus on a few of the super elite top tier ones like vitaly feschuk and such

To put it into perspective, there was a total of 9 people who pulled 100kg and above at worlds 2023 where all the best streetlifters gather together.

I’d argue you’d barely see 60kg weighted pulls in most gyms. Anything over 40kg turns a few heads if someone can rep it out most places I’ve been

Do you do any direct arm training? Cos on your physique that’s probably what could be improved. I’m not sure if that’s your goal but your strength is insane so maybe from a bodybuilding perspective you could add some direct arm training to help the strength of them

The best advice I can give you is to use Artem Shirokov's programs, for your level use the 3rd lvl

And warm up your dip and pu at the same time before starting with the working sets

what were some of the limitations you had in your programming before zlat coaching ?
@StrengthGene6 ай бұрын
I was only limited to the schemes I had experience with whereas with a coach, they have experience with other schemes and they know what works well and what doesn't for their clients.
