Yup, Tess and we went to Austria this year and enjoyed our times in the mountains. Tess too toke some rides in the gondola's up- or down the mountains and she really enjoyed it. I'm glad that, except for the mosquitos, you had a good holiday. The best part of the footage, for me at least, is the underwater footage as Rancho was enjoying his swims ! Thanks for the upload ! So glad to see so much of Rancho, as well as the beautiful sites of your vacation. We have a 20 month old Tervuren, and in the summer we take her with us to vacation in Vermont USA. Your mountains are WAY bigger than the ones in Vermont, but we hike there too:)

What a fantastic trip! Such beautiful scenery in that part of Europe and great for hiking. Rancho loved jumping in the tub. What a pretty mountain village at the top. The views are absolutely stunning! The lake is so beautiful. Rancho couldn't wait to get in the water. 💙💙

What a lovely video. 😊 Thanks so much. I will never see those places so it was great to see you with Rancho in these far away spots. My definite favourite was Italy - looked lovely. That small village with the houses with all the flower baskets and that beautiful mountain lake at the end. Sensational! It is harder travelling with dogs in Australia. Not all places will allow them when making bookings and for example, the ride in the gondola to the top of the mountain and in the boat with the dolphins - I’m not sure dogs would be allowed on such transport here. So it can be harder to travel with your dog here. It is getting better but still not as good as in Europe. Glad you all had such a lovely holiday and arrived home safely. 🇦🇺😊🐕‍🦺🐾

Thank you for another nice reportage. Rancho is a very fine dog. My own Tervuerain have still not got a trip down to Austria and Croatia. However my Flat coated retriever have done the trip many times. I think this summer have been very warm also in Sweden. Many days we had many days och clear sky and temperatures of around 30 degrees. More a climate that you that you expect in the Med. Temperatures that the dogs don't like very much. They like temperatures of 20 or less. I understand that Rancho prefer to be wet and take a swim at every opportunity. The Flat coated retriever suffer more from sun and the heat the the Tervurain. It seems that the fluffy fur protects the Terv from sun better.

What a lovely holiday! So enjoyed all the beautiful scenery at each place. Such a shame about the accommodation in Croatia but the tiny house in Italy was adorable. It was great you were able to take Rancho everywhere with you, especially the dolphin spotting boat in Croatia. I think your wedding anniversary is in early August or have I remembered incorrectly? what a gorgeous dog, what a beautiful color, too much style, too much gallantry, even my 11 year old malinois has style and same dark " carbonate fawn" fur but the tervueren is much more elegant.. happy holidays
