Y'know I went to the local polling place the next morning-that was election day, and nobody was there. They said low turnout swung that race and they weren't kidding.

Bourbon Street is a fun place to be. I was there for 311 day this year!

HAHA!! Indeed... The scene is pretty much: Bar, Strip Club, Bar, Strip Club, Bar, Restaurant, Strip Club, Bar, Head Shop... (Repeat) And every intersection has a "Lucky hot dog stand" It all just starts to blend together after a few drinks...

This looked like all my memories of New Orleans wrapped up into one concise vid had I not blacked out. Only thing missing was sitting in the cafe next morning trying not to puke.

Anyone who's lived in a tourist trap city wouldn't expect authenticity from Bourbon Street. I'm sure if you really want rough edges, you only need to turn a few corners to experience all of the "realness" you can handle. Great video. Can't wait for the next one.

I lost my wallet at Hustlers Strip Club on Bourbon St. Luckily I still had some sanity after a few long islands... Good Times!!

it's all about the hand grenades and hurricanes. standing in the middles of the street drinking your ass off and waving to the cop on horseback. watch out though, you might step in some horse manure if you're not careful. nice vid man. i'm from new orleans and i loved this vid
