To anyone watching: Broccoli will char/burn a lot faster than any of the other vegetables listed. The optimum way to to make this for oven roasting is to add the brocolli to the pan about 7-10 minutes after already roasting the carrots/cauliflower etc. It takes about half the time for brocolli so if you're looking for consistency I'd suggest adding brocolli to the mix at least 7 minutes after everything else has gone in.

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, here. Tossed each separately in EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic granules, and put m in that order on our small half-sheet lined w parchment paper. Baked at 400 for 30 minutes. Broccoli & Cauliflower were most charred, but the carrots were delicious, too. I don’t want to boil these vegetables, anymore! I heard someone on the radio 50 years ago telling of the proper way to eat most vegetables - it was roasting them. Hahh. I finally found out how! Thanks ❤Made a dressing for it w EVOO, lemon, salt, granulated garlic, black & red pepper flakes. While it was hot on my plate, I put 2 Swiss cheese slices on top and covered it to melt. That was my dinner.😋
