I’ve compiled a list of tiktok hairstyles that went viral over years and I’m gonna give my review of them in the form of a ranked tier list. ranging from egirl bangs, wolfcuts, mullets, perms, bryce hall boxing toupee and gorilla glue hair spray. the secret to split dying is… work in parts if possible, do one half then then other. have help. soak the other half of your head in conditioner and put vaseline on the edges that touch the other color. (you should be putting vaseline on your skin around your hair anyway to keep it from being dyed) . rinse in cold water. have someone help you rinse just the one half if possible. That all helps, I had half black half neon green hair for months.

I want to do neon green and black so badly! I have to wait for the black box dye to grow out thought before I can bleach it for the green. How light did yours have to be for the neon green to show properly? I can easily get mine to a yellow/orange blonde but going lighter than that makes it feel pretty dead

@@kierasaurusfrost I have blonde hair to begin with and when I didn’t bleach my roots but dyed them green, they were a swampy ugly green. the neon looked great on the bleached mids & ends of my hair … so i’d say the neon green only works on a very light base. I don’t think you’d need to tone it if your hair is a pastel yellow bc the neon green is very yellow as well but if your hair is just banana yellow it’d need to be bleached again, and if it’s orange it would need to be bleached & toned. I am not a hair stylist though so do all of this at your own risk lol.

@@MB-ox5gb I think the first thing you wanna know is if your hair dresser is good at cutting layers because that’s what essentially a wolf cut is, if she is show her the pictures and tell them if you want it a specific length she should be able to do it :) because many hairdressers that don’t know what they are doing freak out and just cut in the wrong ways and good luck!

@@MB-ox5gb What I told my hairdresser is how long I wanted the front to be (just pointing) and then to cut it angled so it gets longer towards the back (also point how long you want the back to be) and lots of layers so it creates volume. Also don't cut it too blunt but a bit shaggy (also it never hurts to show pictures!) Hopes this maybe helps :)

For 20 years, since I was a kid I've gone to the same korean hair salon . The owner remembers our names even though financially I've only been able to go there maybe twice in the last ten years. So with a little high school hair styling training I've been able to handle my mom and I's hair between visiting them. I usually have good luck but I chopped my hair up pretty badly when I was reeeally drunk and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I expected a decent bit of shit from her but she just fluffed it with her perfectly manicured and oh so tingly fingers and went "oooooh you tried to do it your self ehh, thats okay we fix, no worries!!" and thats why I love my hairdresser. OMG same hairdresser, when I went into highschool I decided to have my hair cut short in the back and longish in the front (I was going through my anime phase) And she got me into doing the zigzag part like... omg im old like 15 years ago o.o ... buuut I got lazy and stopped after I discovered weed.

tips for wolfcut straight hair i literally just use a shaving razor to cut my hair(ik im smart credit me tf) into a wolfcut and it looks amazin beginner friendly bc it doesnt cut much hair off at a time if u wanna style it but ur too lazy literally just rinse ur hair for a minutw (put ur hair behind ur ears) and let the water dry then once u put the hair out ur ears it will become fluffy
