Doing triceps and biceps the way he said is how I blew up my arms. The average gym bro has no concept of form or anything but form literally is the difference between looking small for eternity or getting big quickly and people saying you have "gifted genetics".

Same. Idk if Seth Feroce or Kai green said the same for biceps. I tried it (worst turn as lifting the weight) and I finally grew biceps. Edit:”Wrist” not “worst”

What you’re talking about is why folks have accused me of steroids. Folks go to the gym for years and yet manage to have no concept or appreciation for fundamentals. You can literally gain more strength, size, development and stamina from doing 1 set of 3 reps with proper form than doing 3 sets of 6 - 10 reps without it

I do rope extensions with a backpack full of rocks and a towel.. sounds funny but it works if you don’t have the equipment or gym. I would probably improve more if I did yet at home and improvising allows for easy access to many workouts and helps build form in certain exercises especially working on lighter weights to improve gradually and working on correct form.. real muscle starts from light and advancing into heavy weights gradually take your time nothing happens over night work hard. Many other workouts can be done at home and it’s good to practice movement of exercises regardless of weight amounts to create the mind to muscle connection I think Robby Robison quote.. “it’s not just lifting weights that builds muscle” is accurate it’s the whole thing of proper training with a good mind state and healthy balance and pushing yourself through the weak points and making progress consistently over time and setting the bar high and achieving goals. The small things add up

@@weirdphax5406 sure bud. Yet he didn’t abuse them to gain his results, also there are natural steroids that help the body. You are believing everything about steroids is negative when clearly he didn’t do the heavy stuff or drugged type of steroids. Also it doesn’t take away what he achieved. There are many people who take steroids way more than him or more potent and not even near his results. Quit hating on someone more well accomplished than yourself

on the tricep rope extension, at the top do u spread your hands out like flared or straight?
@SPASEINC7 ай бұрын
On the top of the movement, you want to flare the hands out while keeping your elbows as close as possible to your ears. So you start with a neutral grip on the bottom end and you finish with a fists facing forward at the top end. This way you get a full stretch plus a full contraction of the triceps (you rotate the triceps out a bit along with your hands). Imagine your arms are like a towel and want to squeeze every muscle fiber in it; I hope that makes sense 🙏
@varietyryan7 ай бұрын
@@SPASEINC That’s perfect thanks for the explanation i’m definitely going to try that out. So doing it like that targets the entire tricep or which head(s) are mainly targeted? I try to have a couple different tricep exercises to have more emphasis on the different heads
@SPASEINC7 ай бұрын
@@varietyryan you’re welcome, brother. Doing it this way targets all three heads of the triceps because of the full stretch at the bottom and the rotation throughout the movement. It’s a great tricep builder. Just make sure to squeeze and contract the tris on top!
