i really respect this man. no matter what people said about him for being not natty or whatsoever, but for his consistency, what he does for decades is something not many people can achieve that.

@@alotafhindi7485 Tens of thousands of people take PEDs but very few, if any, have ever had the staying power of O'Hearn. Like him or hate him, he's done something that very few have ever managed; he's still performs like a young man. I can think of only a few athletes who managed this into their late 40's and 50's in their respective sports.

Mona is looking Cut! Man, targeting Trapezius Zone 3 (posterior inferior) is one of the hardest to get! You have to really lean forward to get the posterior side, and then pull like a horizontal lat pull down to get the inferior part. Doing a ton of these helped get rid of a bunch of pinched upper trap nerves too! You gotta be balanced 100% like he said in the beginning.

I love this seated pull exercise, it will become one of my new favorites because I always look for new effective techniques in my routine to burn body fat in stubborn areas. I’ve never been a bodybuilder but when 16,17 I was pumping Iron or working out twice a day. I could bulk but didn’t get lean until I was about 28 but it got hard to keep on muscle when you in caloric deficit like under %10 body fat. Now that I’m out of shape I’m positive I can get it back quickly in time. Mike O Hearn is a role model for the aesthetic body I want but sample size because I’m 6’0.

@mikeohearntitan fantastic video. Love your explanation on looking for full muscle contraction (ex. Lower lats). Not sure if you’ve already made a vid to cover this or not but would love your take on % of max weight you use for each exercise (ex. Shoulder press, rows) for optimal range of motion and muscle contraction and how that’s evolved from your 20’s, 30’s and 40’s to now. Thank you for the inspiration!

For years i could never put on size, never could. Reps of 8, 10, 12 just gave me a pump and flat again after 2 days, this went on for years. So i kinda give up looking for size. So just to keep me active i only do reps of 3 and 7 sets, and repeat the excersise every 6 days. And guess what, not much pump, but my size is bigger than its ever been. Someone explain that.

Haven’t watched the vids in a long time but it’s funny seeing the shift from hate to respect in the comments. Looks like the general population are starting to understand it now. Man is a master this game.I said it years ago mike is the one you want to follow he’s been physically optimal the longest. Fk all the churn and burn shows the unsustainable competing, every man just wants to be physically optimal for as long as he can, am I wrong?

He did five reps on lat pull downs? Tren, steroids all day.... Yes, take the workouts and technics, but be honest, you will never look like this without a niddel.. lift natural and you will most likely be the biggest guy in an average bar. There are so many movements to the body. I forget what I left out, so I watch these. In the end, 75, 85 maybe 95 years old. Im hoping that lifting will keep me functional. Im only 40, but I plan to lift until 100. I had a covid 5 day hospital scare back in 2021. I had a big awakening that functional strength, especially leg strength, is key to living to 100. People really forget why they workout. Its longevity. Like i said, with my scare, train legs twice a week. Up down movements. If you have strong legs, you will be able to over come almost anything!!!

He’s just good looking. Good looking people age way better than ugly / average looking people. That being said, even good looking people let themselves go as they age as looks become less of a priority in life. But health should always be a priority. And being healthy makes you look better so it’s a win-win no matter how you look at it.
