For future reference: 1. Push back and down on seat bottom, then lift up. It unhooks the front from the floor and comes right out. 2. Pull out on seat back bottom, then lift up/ out off the top hooks. 3. Speaker panel slides right out.

Here are some of the known locations for the build sheet to possibly be located in: Under the rear seat bottom is the most common place I have found them. 1) Above headliner 2) Behind glovebox 3) Above gas tank(how they could survive here I will never understand) 4) Under the carpet

Robbie, there will be stars in your crown in heaven for what you are doing for dinner. Not only are you providing a space, and a trainer, but you are by his side doing the program. You are adding years to his life. I was told when I was about 10%overweight that I had an “enlarged liver” I don’t drink, so it was from a combination of prescription and OTC meds with a little genetic problem thrown in for good measure. Less than 20 years from initial diagnosis I had acute liver failure, almost died in a coma, and got a transplant a few weeks later. When I was initially told about my liver problem I could have avoided transplant if I had lost weight and gotten control of my diet. I say all this to say that you may very well be putting dinner on a path that will avoid that sort of medical mystery, not only giving him more years, but giving him BETTER years. You are a good man, a good boss, and a great friend.

You might be able to replace the insulation inside with Armaflex adhesive foam insulation. It's made by Armstrong. It's available at insulation suppliers, and comes in different thicknesses, Robby. I'm not sure it would work on the roof, but under the dash it might be great.

ON the Charger the clips that are on the left and right side in the roof are for the seat belts. When not in use you fold/weave them from back to front and clip them in place. As for the rear seat belts you shorten them up when not in use and clip onto the clips on the bottom of the rear seat. I worked for Bedford Chrysler in Bedford Pa for 5 years in the parts department( I was the only lady at the time to work in the parts department) . Not sure if they can still do this with the 68 but if you take your vin number to a Dodge/Chrysler dealer ship the parts department they can enter it and print out everything on the Charger when it was built. Color, motor, brake codes, transmission, tires, wheels, interior color , material, Hope this helps you out. I had a 1969 Roadrunner that I really miss. But that is a sad story I do not want to think about. Enjoy your video's a lot

Dinner looked to have better rowing technique than Robbie. On the stroke section the order is legs, back, arms. You start by extending the legs, then using your back, and finally finishing with pulling the handle into your body with your arms. Each segment should flow into the next. The return/catch is the opposite order. Arms, back, legs. Keep up the work everyone and the numbers on the scale will sort themselves out. On a week to week basis there are lots of reasons why the scale number might be misleading or discouraging and not indicative the progress being made.

Robbie I remember 1969 but it was a few years before I started driving. That would happen in 1971. When I get my drivers license renewed this year it will be my 52 year of driving. My dad was driving illegally back in the early 1940s and he was driving for a towing company. Back in the 1940s if you looked the age and was near 160-170 lbs you could wing it for a while. His boss at the tow company made him get his license.
