Part 1: • Robert Ladd on Joining...
--------
Robert Ladd rejected the claim that Orlando Anderson took the credit for killing Tupac when, in reality, it was Big Dre who did it. This assertion was made by Dirt Rocc, who reportedly lived with Big Dre. Dirt Rocc insists that Big Dre did not want the heat for killing one of the most popular celebrities in the world, so Orlando took the credit since he got jumped by Tupac, giving him a motive for revenge. However, Ladd refutes this claim, basing his argument on his experiences as an investigator. He states that in his career, he has never seen anyone take credit for someone else's crime, and it would make more sense for Orlando Anderson to have retaliated following his altercation with Tupac. Despite varying claims of multiple people taking the credit, Ladd firmly believes Orlando was the culprit.

I think the same thing. Not to discredit the witness but being able to describe the shooter’s arm in a situation like that is a lot. Especially when you also consider how clothes and fashion were back then. People weren’t wearing these tight t shirts they do now, they had jerseys with the sleeves coming down past the elbows.

Retired Vegas detective Brent Becker and his partner drove to compton to interview who he says was Frank and Edi mean, because I’m the newspaper they’d said Vegas never asked em to identify anyone which made them mad because they felt Vegas didn’t wanna solve the case. So Vegas gets to the interview with frank and edi brought by Reggie jr and after the questions start, Reggie says that Vegas made them mad and they elected not to show them any photo line up. Now Reggie says it was frank and kadafi, Brent says it was frank and edi because he never got to speak with kadafi again after the shooting. So who was really in the meeting idk. But Brent says that they were going to show the photo lineup of potential suspects and edi told him I’m not going to look at these because I didn’t see anyone and can’t identify anyone. This can be heard on “Tupacs murder was his case”. We need to get Reggie and Brent in the same room and answer some real questions but I doubt that’ll happen. By the way Vegas police didn’t trust Compton pd especially since Reggie was head of protection for Suge amd had bloods doing dirt around the city and for the company. Then Reggie Sr the lieutenant for the Compton pd gang unit there’s obvious conflict.

Greg kading sat in on Tupacs assassination documentary screening in 07. The proffer was in 08 and 09. Kading sat in and watched Frank Alexander and Kevin Hackie describe in detail how the shooting took place from car placement, bullet placement to the girls on the side of them. Greg is on video during this. Now if he’s investigating biggie, why would he be sitting in on a Tupac documentary that had nothing to do with biggie? After that screening Greg goes back to his corrupt team and they put the story together. Blondie was on the biggie task force too so he had information they could’ve gave Greg since he was in contact with Vegas pd during the 96/97 investigation after they wouldn’t talk with Reggie sr anymore. Plus the final 24 hours episode that aired in 07 on vh1. They had plenty to get the narrative going

This is the problem with investing but more so a bigger problem in general which is confirmation bias. If you can’t look at the reality in an nonjudgmental way and follow the facts, wherever they may lead, you have no business being an investigator. The fact is that all of this Does make sense. Dre was handed the gun because he way closest to the window and had the best shot. Your not gonna fuck up a chance like this by having someone reach across a big guy and be in a shitty position to shoot. They saw an arm. A big one. Makes sense. Had Orlando reached across you’d prolly see no arm at all. Then the roommate statement. It matches up with the witness testimony. There’s one. And 2, what sense would it make for all this to come out now and lie about it? It doesn’t. They are both dead it doesn’t matter who killed pac. It makes more sense for the truth to come out now than it would have back then. This all makes perfect sense. Any denial is simply because it does not fit with their pre conceived bias

An arm is not like a torso. Vlad seems to think a forearm tells you everything about a person. Second of all, Ladd is a thousand percent correct. The nuances of forearms is not something a person can reliably recall when people are firing guns from a car. Even if they told you before the shooting to watch out for forearm thickness and you knew it was coming, it'd still be hard. But when it's not something you're even looking for, I'd consider any account of forearm width to be suspect as hell.
