Dear sir, firstly I want to thank you for the great book " The art of seduction". Currently I am reading this book and knowing about the Seductive characters that you mentioned. And it really surprised me after realising the fact that we face all types of seductive characters almost everyday in our life. Sir I am a little bit confused while reading the book whether the act of seduction is good or bad? Because in all the cases there are mainly 2 people. One is the victim and the other is the achiever. I also know that the world is going to work in this way only. Can you please make a video regarding this topic ? Thanking you.

I read this book 20 years ago, it was an eye-opener. It helped me identify behavioral patterns. But I forgot (as we forget all the wisdom in books we read and go back to old patterns of thinking ) I believed in goodness and fairness in this world. I have reconnected with it again after a weird and terrible experience in the workplace. As Robert says do not be naive, this is my mantra now.

As someone that is currently reading the 48 Laws and had a conversation with a close friend about power this video has come just in time. I do feel powerless at times and I want to change that. But I also wanted to come here and thank you for all of the work that you have done to make this information accessible to us. These are ideas and thoughts that we should never shy away from. Much respect to you Mr. Greene for everything.

Most times you hear people say the book is evil. But i reread the book twice, what i get from it is practical and useful knowledge that is far from evil. When you thought a certain law was evil you get to learn something from it, like protecting yourself against those that will try to harm you using that maneuver. This book is a must read: don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

This book was my introduction to Greene's other works, I remember being like 19yo and being fascinated by it, how it dwelve on each and every topic with such detail, examples and genuine interest on it, that I read 2-4 chapters per day, making sure to take notes on my favorite ones. Years later, still one of my favorite books of all time, no other come as close in terms of summarizing good information, but still keeping it detailed enough, instead of dumbing down and simplifying too much. I feel pity for people who do not like this book, by its machiavelian nature, because it just teaches you so many crucial things in life that will save you the heart ache of learning through experience.

Mister Greene i need to say that your books helped me greatly, especially the 48 laws of power in the work environment. I am actively studying your books, underlying the lessons and working to summarise them in smaller, more concise resumes. This way I can memorise and apply the lessons. The Laws of Human Nature is also incredible. From a small age the people where my biggest curiosity. I had so many questions about them, the reasons behind the strange actions, why some of them are so aggresive, why are some so Machiavellian. This book gives me the answers. I think that my Life Task involves people. They are so intresting to me. Thank you.

I own a physical and digital copy of this book, and have read it at leasat 5 times cover-to-cover. I have personally used some of the laws to good effect as well. The laws are neither good or bad, moral nor immoral, they just are. Human nature is human nature, and this book helps us to understand why people do what they do, and what their motivations are. It shows you that some leaders aas well as ourselves can be prone to thinking that we can just control or command people into doing our bidding, especially if we are in positions of authority, which is far from the case. This is a must-read for every leader or would-be leader. I have seen leaders in my own organization fall and get terminated simply because they didn't understand basic human laws, many of which are outlined in this book. Power is a fickle thing, and being a leader and having power is a lot like playing a game of mental chess.

One of the leaders at my former employer was one of my mentors. I asked her for books she'd recommend me read to hep me grow professionally. NONE of Mr. Greene's books were on that list. After leaving that company, I was reintroduced to Mr. Greene's books and bought most of them (POWER, WAR, SEDUCTION, HUMAN NATURE, 50th LAW, MASTERY). After reading most of WAR + POWER I noticed a TON of this woman's maneuvers, things she said, how she moved through the company. I was like there is no way that she DIDN'T read these books. I'm now convinced those were the books that got her where she was, not those books she put on my reading list... Just thought this anecdote was interesting. Am I seeing something that's not there? Perhaps, but I called her a warlord before I read Greene's books. I saw that energy in her and was instantly skeptical. This is why it's important to be AWARE / WEARY of everyone. A healthy dose of SKEPTECISM will keep you alert and on your toes! It started to become very clear to me how I was fitting into her vision and it wasn't aligned with my vision so I had to make some tough decisions.

By creating these oeuvres; You have not done an immoral thing at all, because your books are equally useful to “good” and “bad” people. Personally, I think that your books have been a great source of guidance in my life and have enlightened me upon things which are usually(if at all) learned through one’s own experiences over the course of a lifetime. I am seventeen years old and I must profess that if I had not read your books(not only the books pertaining to power and seduction, also human nature and mastery… to name only a few) , my Potentia Regere would have more or less been null all things accounted for. You have provided the greatest possible education on the most useful matters which collectively constitute every facet of the human experience. I genuinely believe that if everyone read and above all understood the content of all of your books-not only power and seduction, though those should still without a doubt be considered with much esteem; The world would be a much better place. Thank you for everything Robert, you have my heartfelt gratitude and utmost respect. You really are a great man indeed.

That law about get other to do the work for oyu, but always take the credit. I've had that happen - there have been situations in my life where people have forcibly been interrogating information out of me - I've even said "I don't want to tell it" and they push and push me to tell - and when I tell - later I've realized that they've stolen my idea. It's really horrific thing to have happen to you, when your work actually gets stolen.
@lonewolf3332 ай бұрын
Elaborating on that law, people think it's ruthless. However, who do they always say built the great pyramids? Is it ever attributed to the workers? Never. It's always attributed to the Kings of the era, because they are the ones that manage the people as a cohesive unit in order to get such a massive project done. On their own, the workers who actually sweat and bled to build the pyramids would never have built them. It takes a great leader to successfully complete such a massive project such as these; try and get a rabble of people to do it today, and it would likely fail. This is why the leader gets the credit for the completion of such a project in which they must get many different people from all walks of life and different ambitions to work together as a unit. It is one of the most difficult things to do, and is what makes great leaders great.
