these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" (13TH JUN 2017) Subscribe for more non pc news.

Muhammad Ali once said _"You're my enemy. My enemy is the white people."_ He was appearing on the BBC's "Parkinson" show two months later. And was never asked to apologise once. Imagine what the BBC would do to a white boxer saying _"You're my enemy. My enemy is the black people."_

You cannot Offend anyone, They must choose to BE offended. As a child, we would chant, "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me". Many today seem to have forgotten that bit of wisdom. For the Bible bashers amongst us, "If thine eye offend thee...Pluck it out"

Yes and no. I mean, I get it; comedy is comedy. BUT to say everyone should be able to dust off offensive language towards them and basically ignore it is just unrealistic. For example - what if one of your parents recently passed away and someone came up to you bad mouthing said deceased parent, in an utterly vile and derogatory way? Would you still take the same opinion that you’ve typed here?

The interviewer is Richard Paul Bacon, a guy who was sacked from the BBC children's TV programme for "illicit drug taking." In his case it was cocaine. It seems to me that every time he appears on TV or radio he should apologise for his unacceptable behaviour. Jim Davidson is quite right, you can't apologise every time forever.

@Iggy's Friend I totally agree. Davidson had answered the question but Bacon keeps on trying to twist the knife. I would have turned it right back on Bacon and told him to apologise for his drug use when in a position of responsibility as a role model to young children. And when he did, I'd tell him to apologise again. I'd tell him he should be ashamed and resign from his current role. That would shut Bacon up and bring the interview to a swift conclusion!

This is why I agree with Jim on this subject - if you or I went on TV today and created a Scottish comedy character, or a Scouser, a Geordie, a Cockney, a Belgian, an Aussie or an American comedy character, it would go through without a bleep. But make that character black, or Pakistani, or Indian or Chinese, and they'll come down on you like a ton of bricks. And do you know why? Because the BBC thinks those black, Pakistini, Indian and Chinese people need the superior BBC to speak on their behalf. The BBC are the *REAL* racists here. They think all humour is acceptable - providing that humour is aimed at white people.

I was very fat and had friends and family and work mates take the Micky about my weight for many years and I'm now glad they did because I eventually listened to them and had taken a good look at myself and they were right as I eventually got advice from my doctor and then told that if I kept on eating too much junk food I would end up with diabetes and heart disease and possibly liver disease and would die early. This was worse than having Micky taken about my weight. As much as my friends family and work mates had taken Micky about my weight they all helped me so much to lose the weight and invited me to the gym and gave me healthy recipes and healthy respect for admitting I had a serious unhealthy appetite for junk food and being very greedy and lazy. If it wasn't for them taking Micky about my weight I may have never realised how overweight and unhealthy I was. I could possibly already be dead and I'm now enjoying life to the fullest getting out more doing sports and I'm now very fit and healthy and looking younger at the same time I'm now getting lots of attention from women which never happened to me. My friends family and work mates are very proud of me. Sometimes it's better that people be very blunt for people to take a very serious look at their weight and health even though it may hurt their feelings. We also have to understand that comedians are doing their job and it is their job to take the Micky about people's problems if it's about the way they dress or the way they behave even their job title especially politicians and politics. I laugh out loud always at Jim as he is very funny and doesn't care about what people think and everyone is entitled to their own ideas and opinions. If we were not allowed to openly speak about our ideas and our opinions and thoughts on certain subjects we would be in a communist - fascist society with no freedom of speech and be forced to only accept crazy fascist/ communist politicians and Egotistical megalomaniacs ideas views and values and this is very dangerous.

Jim Davidson is a comedy genius, and I used to love his comedy shows. He's a very honest and funny guy who made a lot of people laugh, and that's a very, very powerful gift to have. The trouble with today's generation is their to offended by everything!! Bring back the comedy of the 80s and 90s where everyone laughed together.

@Black Coffee Now is it? Never heard that viewpoint before. Possibly that’s just your opinion? PC is quite abundant though and more so today than in the past. People do seem to be offended very easily which is a shame. Somebody like Diane Abbott makes offensive comments regularly about white people but I don’t believe she needs silencing - her comments make her look even more thick, which is a good thing. As for Davidson, I’ve never been a fan or seen his appeal, but I agree with him here.
