Nope, it’s pretty spot on, Dorian did everything himself, was all about results/ winning, and through trial and error found out what worked and what didn’t for him, and that was all that really mattered to him, you can tell just by listening to him talk, not knowing anything about him, that he was a no nonsense type of guy and if something worked he would use it and if it didn’t he would drop it

Dorian is a true champion, not only a bodybuilding champion, but a champion human in every sense of the word, he's an authentic and genuine man, who is a great role model and hero of mine. I have followed Dorian Yates for several years starting from a local bodybuilding contest in Milton Keynes where he was a guest poser prior to his first 1990 Night of Champion's whereby he came second to Mohammed Benaziza and he blew the audience away with his enormous muscle mass and definition. Dorian then went on to win the Night of the Champions the following year, followed by six Olympia titles. Dorian is the only high-profile bodybuilder who speaks openly and honestly about the “supplements” to enhance his muscle growth and gives detailed knowledge from his own life experiences the good and the bad and shares this with his audience. You can see he is at peace with himself and the world around him. Great pod cast the best I have seen so far with Dorian. Well done Rob Lipsett

DY + MM’s approach to training makes perfect sense. HIT is by far the most beneficial method both mentally and physically. 35-45 mins of a few extremely intense sets that are just as much of a mental battle than physical. Wouldn’t train in any other way again.

Frank Richards who Dorian mentions here was a serious head strong guy. He was involved in a serious fall from a height and needed, I belive 14 surgeries and came back from all of that to compete in the Mr O. I remember going to one of Frank's seminars and someone asked him about dorian. He said he was the biggest he had seen.
