In the hospital map, the showers downstairs can heal your health, if y'all didn't know. Some doors there are unbreakable, so you can actually camp in a random room, such as bathroom, or shower room. For extra survival, hold a medkit, crowbar, and hot dog/ice cream.

Also to your info, now they spawn everywhere and anywhere, So in this video you might not find them because there’s spots for them everywhere

Well you came to the right place, Here's the neat part Work benches randomly spawn in certain location but not completely random. I'm pretty sure one of the workbenches spawns near the ladder leading up to the attic on the outside on the deck. I'm pretty sure only 1 workbench a round spawns.
