This band is amazing I used to see them at a club in Salem mass before they became big call bleachers a friend of mine‘s band also played there Back in the mid to late 90s! Sully Erna is the lead singer. Check out his song Broken Road when he did a solo album. Also check out Awake from Godsmack’s sophomore album. It is awesome. The Navy used it in commercials for recruiting in the early 2000s. The band also then recording a softer version called Asleep. A total 180 approach to the song.
