Can you explain what would happen if you don't set the IFP correct? What are the consequences? Like how will the shock behave differently.

Good question! Potential issues include hydrolock and significant performance deterioration. The shock may feel excessively stiff or soft, or in severe cases, the piston can smack the IFP and do damage. While minor adjustments to IFP chamber pressure are possible, optimal performance requires adherence to the recommended IFP depth
