All three are terribly inconsistent. Gnabry is a shadow of his 2020 form, Coman is always injured and Sane is unreliable. Bayern are going for Chris Führich from Stuttgart. We need fresh motivated players. Wouldn't mind Grealish but would prefer Stones.

Doku seems to be allowed to run at defenders at City, it seems like Jack isn't as mobile as he used to be because he's over-trained his enormous calves with ego muscle or he's just lost his nerve and confidence to go at defenders as I remember that happened to Ginola near the end of his time at Newcastle who was a very similar style player to Grealish.

Jack Grealish is an excellent player, but I think he’s wasting his career at Manchester City. He has divided opinion since his big money move to Manchester City in 2021 as he’s yet to truly justify his 100 million price tag he’s come under criticism for his lack of goals and assists and many don’t like his playing style think that he doesn’t make enough impact in the final third with how he’s always playing side ways and back passes. This season has been very complicated for Grealish. A testament to how star studded Manchester City are is him going from a key player in a team that won a treble to now a squad player in a span of 12 months. He has found himself in and out of the starting lineup and while he’s struggled with injuries, he’s not always been that good when fit and sometimes he doesn’t even play. That’s down to Phil Foden’s incredible form, he also plays him and Bernardo Silva out wide in big games and at times Pep Guardiola has preferred Jeremy Doku over him. He’s actually very lucky that he even made the England squad for the EUROs this summer because he hasn’t played enough and when he plays, he’s been decent to say the least and doesn’t start a lot as well. While there’s an importance of winning trophies and he’s guaranteed to do that at Manchester City, a player of his caliber should be playing regularly someone who’s seen as one of the most expensive players in the world cost over 100 million is content with wasting his career on the bench and making headlines for what he does off the pitch than we he does on the pitch when he plays. Next season, his fortunes could change, if not then he should consider leaving.

@@alistairmonro he’s played much less than last season and Grealish has had injuries and hasn’t been great when healthy either. I get it you play the game to win trophies, but a player of Grealish’s quality should be playing week in week out, someone who cost over 100 million shouldn’t be content with sitting on the bench. What I mean by he’s wasting his career at Manchester City is because a player can be satisfied with winning trophies, due to how good that team is, he’s not guaranteed to play every week and sometimes he doesn’t even play. He’s even lucky to make the England squad for the EUROs because he hasn’t played enough all season. If his situation doesn’t change, he’ll consider a move away from Manchester City similar to others who’ve had difficultly at club level, Southgate won’t always pick a player who doesn’t play at his club regularly and he has to hope that he doesn’t get frozen out of the England squad if he’s more satisfied with warming the bench and only making headlines for what he does off the pitch.

go watch all of the champions league games city played in last year and tell me jack wasn’t a core part of that side.
