So you think they are working for free?!! Rose and Wu must have saved enough money to build a New house. And so they doing it. The women you see coming over to cook. If rose was fine she would be doing it. The women are wives of those labourers. That's exactly what we do in Africa (at least my country Uganda). The owner of the house saves money and buys all building materials plus paying for labour. Also provides meals to labourers on site. Can pay off a cook to deliver lunch or cook from home and deliver or cook from site. But trust me there's nothing for free there

@@Luming-di9rf there's something you are not understanding. Essentially it's not free lunch as you think. I have explained in my comment up there. When you are starting to do work you agree with owner on labour fees and lunch. The owner can decide to give you your wages plus lunch fees in Cash inclusive. Or the owner can bargain on lesser wages and promise to provide you lunch on site everyday. In most cases providing lunch on site is better otherwise workers take a lot of time looking for and moving to a local restaurant to eat.
