I really like this boot. Dont own one though. But I would wear waterproof socks with it for sure. The advantage to this boot. It can dry out quickly. Keeping your feet dry. If they do get wet. Have an extra dry pair ready to go. They call it a hunter. But its really a trail moccasin. I would expect germans and austrians to like this boot. They like to go on long hikes. They dont walk slow. The older men dont like heavy boots on a volkswalk.

I was very glad to see those insoles that you offer - however I would absolutely LOVE to find insoles like those that came in a pair of Snipe-branded casual boots that were felt on one side and leather on the other - you could flip them over based on the outside temperature or just your preference. I picked those shoes up probably 15 years ago on a trip to Germany to visit relatives, they were made in Portugal. The style I have are no longer available but Snipe still has a German website that carries other models, including some barefoot styles.

It’s a shame the video does not have more views, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who became a RM customer based on watching it. Hat tip to RM, and to Rose Anvil for taking to the time to explain and demonstrate their quality.

Hi, I like your "bootbreaker". in fact, I have been using my own versions for years, you need to market them with the additional benefit they have, and that is the thermal insulation they add to the boot sole. I found that by accident, the best I found was a layer of closed cell foam in a very small cell formulation. The most easily found is thin yoga mat found at Goodwill or other second hand stores, your pre cut design is perfect, and that added thermal insulation makes a new hard insole boot incredibly better in cushioning the heel and ball the foot and helps comfort due to warmth added in the same points that bear the most weight. The leather you offer is really nice, old boots I have owned conform too well after years, transferring nails that were a little high right through to the foot, and that little hard point is an insideous discomfort, your "bootbreaker",is also a "boot life extender", Leather in the right thickness and flexibility/hardness, is a lot harder to come by and your product is a slip in and go with an option to add a foam for more comformability and warmth in an instant. Good luck, I'm going to look into ordering some of yours in both leather and foam, I'm always scavenging or buying a new foam material to try! If it is too soft it just moves around in your boot like a bad sock, but if stiff enough it stays in place and conforms to the foot quickly and adds warmth instantly. By the way, I use them in all types of shoe, not just boots!!

That Price vs Quality graph was backwards. If you’re saying that the quality growth outpaces the price, you should see a flatter curve in the beginning where the x-axis value is increasing faster than the y-axis. Or just swap the quality to the y-axis and the price to the x-axis and then the graph would fit as plotted . Not trying to be a pedantic tool, just trying to help out. Great video! Heartbreaking to see those cut.
