This is sadly not something you can get from a simple tutorial. It's a lot of understanding how light works and messing around with color to see what works

depends on the image most of my illustrations are either commissions, meaning they belong to someone else, or they are characters that are very personal to me, if it's something like a random dragon it's fine tho t thank you for asking, not enough people do
