I think Rosetta is great for someone who's starting to learn a new language. I've found it very helpful especially for those languages that use different scripts, like Arabic. Despite the repetitiveness, it's still much more engaging than a regular textbook, at least for autodidacts. And when it comes to grammar, I just supplemented my Rosetta course with a grammar book.

I wasn’t able to attend high school so I’ve been feeling a little left out recently with everyone taking high school Spanish haha

Rosetta really seems best for visual learners. Even so, it looks most efficient as a supplemental, used in conjunction with other apps or a grammar textbook.

Rosetta Stone only provides very basic French which is not that useful even in minor or small interactions with people. So I suggest instead of buying it, you better watch free contents in KZbin and watch movies with french title. Do not waste money on Rosetta Stone or on any similar products.

this is the most boring worst app ever. If you use it for like 10 minutes a day to supplement whatever other method you're using it's fine. But warning IT'S SUPER LAME AND BORING.
