In France, I believe the choices we get for learning a second language mostly depend on where we live in the country. My friends from south-east of France could choose between spanish and italian but not german, wich make sense as they live closer to the Italian border. But personnally, living in the north-west of the country, I could choose between spanish and german only. I think spanish is the most studied language in France after english, it is a pretty useful language worldwide for sure.

This was a great video. The three regulars playing are fun, and all the guests are top notch, keep their phone numbers on file. Both Katherina and Mikaela were very easy for me to understand. When Mikaela said "cancion", I knew it was Spain. Spain Spanish was apparently the language I made a poor attempt at learning in high school. It's a guess with Katherina, but she sounds southern German to me, but maybe only because she tried to speak softly. Also, very cool you were able to find someone that speaks Welsh. I had a feeling where it was going, but I thought she might be Irish at first, because she pulled off an American accent in the first little bit she spoke, and Ireland has an area where the people sound like they're from the US.
