Love all your videos! Your voice is very nice to listen to. And your opinions ‘bout a lot of things I can agree with mostly. One thing I would like, is to hear about measurements in cm to. And weight in grams as well. I am Dutch, so always got to look it up on the internet as well. You have the possibility I can see for both. Hi TK: It’s a very attractive camper but awfully big and heavy. Normally I like the bigger knife versions since I have big ol’ mitts but this one is a bit too much for an EDC. It would be OK for a tackle box or camping kit but I still prefer the size of the RR533. Also, that older can opener makes a fantastic box/package opener. The new one sure is purty though. 😊

The RR533 is a nice one, I should review that one sometime. I agree a bit large for an EDC. I'd like it better outside the pocket on a belt loop perhaps.

The downside on a nice big scout knife is the weight, but it isn't an issue for me. The black is rubbing off as Tobias showed with his brushing off, i guess there's nothing to do about that. Carbon steel blades is a nice plus on this one. Thank you John.

That's the same size as the tough stag camp knife. And I believe it's probably the same as the Dave Canterbury knife. I would like to see a camp knife in the buckshot bone in a smaller version. The one you're showing you gotta be careful dropping that in your pocket, It might pull your pants down.

When they are put together well Scout knives are generally very nice. For some reason I've had more luck QC wise with the Marbles Scout knives (and folders in general) and they do a carbon Scout knife so personally I would stick with the Marbles.

How do you tighten the bail on that, just tap it with a ball peen hammer? does the pin go all the way through to the other side?

Yep it's a pretty weighty knife at 6oz. If you're gonna do some serious camping you gonna have a load of stuff anyway so just throw it in a bag.
