I spent almost 2.5 years in gym for my transformation.i also got result by reduce almost 30 kg of body waight with body fat of 20%.but till date i did not get relieve from my abdoman fat.i try many shedule but it is very thick now.still i have 30% milky fat on my abs section....pls tell me something or tell the procedure to get admission in your gym....pls gave me a path.. pranam guruji,, mai jharkhand k ek chote se gaon se hu, jaha gym toh hai but koi trainer nahi, or meri capability v nahi hai ki mai delhi aa k apse training lu, agar ap k liye possible hai toh please jo ap gym me apne new students ko training dete hai wo video upload kigiye,,,, kyu ki mai 8 months se training kar raha hu but mere body me transformation nahi hai......
