Guruji main 19 saal ka hoon aur aapke sabhi workouts, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs aur legs karta hoon since last 3 months and I have to say that the pump and gains Iam getting is more than what I used to get in these 2 years. Nothing happens overnight, hardwork is the key to success. Your training is better than Google😁😂.

@4:03... sir actually told a very imp thing about..how your growth hormone is really high after workout .and drinking things like juice or having simple carbs after workout can hinder it...so protein is of highest requirement at that point....I suppose George farah also told the same thing at some point...in a video...so..that's a great piece of advice
