Vegetarian..... Morning Bf-2 boiled eggs And oats with milk Lunch:-4 chapathis with garlic sauce Or 2 chapathis and some rice Afternoon:-1 green tea and some dry fruits Dinner:- only chapati never consume rice 84kg to 70kg

manoj acharya remove brocollie and beans and onions from your diet beacuse it contains purine due to which gas formation takes place and you feel bloated . add cucumber and tomato in your meal and also curd.

Matin Shaikh because they don't know basic shit ! He even says carbs raat mai khane se fat chad jaega matlab yeh kya logic hua? Even if you consume only protein in a caloric surplus you will still get fat...energy in vs energy out !

bhai wo ekdum strict diet ni de rhe... aur strict diet follow krna easy nahin hai bhai Itna yaad rakhna.. is gym se India ke best body builder nikle hain.. yahi follow krke.. Ye sabse realistic bolte hn... baal ki khaal nikalogey to galti niklegi hi.. maine khud 10 kg kam kiya hai last 1 year mein.
