Thank you for another great exercise. This one is great to get some energy in the morning. Short but fast mixed with walking. Also easy to do in the gym before starting with weights :D

Thank you! There is not much difference whether you workout in the morning or in the evening - everyone picks their own ‘perfect’ time according to their availability, work, energy levels and etc.✌🏻 The only thing I would recommend is avoiding intense workouts right before bed as it might negatively impact your sleep!

Thank you! Yes, it can help to burn calories and lose weight:) To put it simply, to lose weight you need to reach calorie deficit and you can: 1) reduce calorie intake from food 2) burn calories when working out ✌🏻
