i haven’t done a workout in 2 years. i’ve been heavily depressed and would go weeks on end without even getting out of bed. the most active i would get was when i would manage to go to my on campus classes. i’ve made the commitment for this year to enjoy my youth and love my body. this workout is the beginning of a new journey i’m taking and i’m so happy you also make beginner workouts.

I can not express how much i am proud of myself it is been almost one year i have not done this exact workout the first time i did this my chest were burning my legs were aching i was overall on the verge of passing out but now i do it without any pause and i know i can do it 3 times more and i am really grateful for all of your workout videos if it was not for you i would not be able to move this comfortably and quickly thank you one more time💜🌸

I'm by no means a dancer, I have an extreme difficulty with and dislike for most forms of cardio, and am very picky about my workout music but when I say that this video EXHAUSTED ME but I'm feeling MORE ENERGIZED? I’ve been doing Madfit workouts for 3 years on and off but been commited the last 6 months and I’ve been seeing major results now and I couldn’t be happier 😃 I won a personal training session at my husbands gym and the trainers were very impressed about my fitness knowing that I only work out at home (with Maddie🥰). I didn't had time to go to gym everyday, even if I started I was not able to make it a practice, but with your videos I am able to do daily workouts for 20-30 mins and I feel like i burnt similar calories when I did 2 hours of gym, thanks a lot for your wonderful videos, I am loving it!

Usually, I can't finish any workout video because I get bored and distracted easily, and therefore it always seems even more difficult than it really is, but thanks to your choice of the music, it feels just like dancing in a club!

Wow I’m out of shape. I haven’t done any formal excessive since maybe 2020 when I was using your videos. I consistently go on long walks with my dogs but nothing like this that gets me sweating. I finally care about myself enough today to take the time to exercise. Thanks for the videos. I’m glad to be back. 😊

I’m a beginner in cardio exercises, this is my first time trying it so I had a really hard time as my knees were BURNING (it means feeling pain) 😂. But I enjoyed it as this exercise was really energetic and I loved my experience with cardio exercises even if I had such a hard time 🤍. Thank you for this, I will try to do it again tomorrow and see if I had improved a lot more 😂❤.
