@@kilajaithe mock mill is amazing too. From what I’ve read, it produces the finest flour of all home mills. You should be able to order off of mock mill’s website. They have wooden laminate style, and a white speckled style. The 100 grinds slower than the 200, but it’s still very fast.

Good afternoon Katie! You are doing a fantastic job with the pantry challenge! I have to buy milk/dairy products, eggs, and a few fresh produce items weekly but otherwise we are doing great using what we have. Not from a place of fear but concern, I think I am re-evaluating doing the challenge in February. There are two or three channels I trust that keep up with the world/America issues and I am very concerned. Between the insane election year, the illegal immigrants (I live in Louisiana so just use your imagination), the wars, etc, I just don't want to keep depleting. Nor do I want to feel the need to fully restock quickly. I already have a massive Azure order coming in March and our local farmer will be supplying our proteins in April. Soon afterward I will be gearing up for garden preservation. It really makes more sense to me to keep things fully stocked right now. Not only for me, my husband and youngest adult child that lives with us, but my other children and many grandchildren.

This is my last week😅 We just went to the store to get celebratory items for Aarons 4.0 GPA in college. And next month we are restocking big time as we can.

I have been battling stomach pain, reflux, and pancreatitis so it’s been a big experiment what’s safe to eat. When I have a flare I have to go on a liquid bland diet. I’ve lost 10lbs. I also avoid gluten and dairy so if a meal I make is gluten and dairy free I eat it. I just started eating meat and eggs again in little amounts. I had been mostly plant, bird, and fish based since November. Seems refined grains and sugars aggravate my pancreas so I avoid those. I had a flare a week ago so it’s been rough for me to eat very much. I eat a little here and there. It’s been rough😅
