What a true champion and sportsman Roy Jones Jr. is! All he had to do was walk up to Bobby Gunn after that devastating combination in that final round and just blast him for a devastating knock out and he had enough respect for the man to let him recover and try to continue. Bobby Gunn is a tough guy but the skill of the legend was just too much for him. Great display of sportsmanship between the two guys and something Mr. Gunn can always remember as an awesome event in his past.

As for Roy jones he’s legend he could’ve easily destroyed hm but he kept it humble professional and didn’t let pride get in the way of hs true character. Roy has all the tools as they say in boxing & also he knows what he also knows a lot about fighting & you can have all the tools but don't know much about fighting then probably get ko'd or TKO'd in a boxing contest & you would probably walk into a hard punch before you can throw one because if you don't spar you don't learn to fight & get confidence then you could be nervous to throw a punch like you are trying to work up the courage to do it so that gives your opponent time to land theirs 1st when coming forward, everyone is scared or nervous to fight because its dangerous but not as scared or nervous if they spar because are taking punches all the time so they get use to that & plus you learn how to fight & grow confidence at that from sparring me i don't like sparring though so i don't do it but if you are a fighter or live in a dangerous town that has a lot of street fighting then its good to know how to fight.

@gregfalco4528 Жыл бұрын
@@Mjbentertainment86 That's what I was talking about, his exhibition fights. Floyd knocks out internet nerds with 1 year of training then struts around the ring like he just KO'ed a champ. Let him fight real boxers if he still wants to compete. And those guys you mentioned? Half of N'dou's first 32 fights took place in Africa, where the competition is abysmal. Go ahead and look up the records of the guys he faced, they are laughable. N'dou never even faced a B-level fighter before fighting Floyd....all his opponents were C-level and below. You would know this if you weren't a casual. Also, Guerrero was never a champion in ANY weight class, he only held titles in two of them, which makes him a TITLIST. Again, you would know that if you weren't a cazzie.
@Mjbentertainment86 Жыл бұрын
@@gregfalco4528 what about manny pacquiao who jus fought a Korean KZbinr? Why not the same energy there? Ali did one against a pro wrestler wit no boxing experience that didn’t even throw punches…not the same energy there either? They’re exhibitions they don’t count as real boxing matches. It’s a way for retired fighters to make easy money at low risk. U won’t find an exhibition where an old retired fighter is fighting real contenders or the current title holder, that’s not how exhibitions are done lol. He fought pro for 21 years and fought all the best in 5 weight classes. He is now retired and doing what many other boxing legends have done way before him
