it is a big house, but actually unnecessarily big. the spaces have been poorly used, poor floor plan which makes the house untidy inside. and lots of cheap materials used inside, there is nothing worth 4.8 million USD in this office building. you are just buying space. for an interior designer this is a nightmare. the most i will pay for this is 1.5 million USD. but hey tastes differ for someone else this could be a royal palace and for connoisseurs of the trade who have seen more and know more, a scam for my money. 😂✌🏾 but as for our brother keep up the good work and much love 🙏🏾 God bless

This is a massive mansion, the biggest single housing unit I have seen in a realtor show. I love the fact that there is so much space for the owner to play with and add furniture for whatever purpose of his or her preference. The location of the property in a highbrow neighbourhood of the FCT is a factor in its pricing just like in Ikoyi Lagos. There is the elevator, outdoor swimming pool, many living rooms and lounges as well as kitchens in the property. I love the penthouse terrace that overlooks other luxury homes in the estate, especially the beautiful landscape scenery. I love the space and high ceiling unlike what obtains in some residential mansions advertised in Lagos. This is surely for a large family where every member would have a piece of the room compartments to enjoy some quality time and privacy. It is worth the price. One of the biggest mansions I have watched in a realtor's show. Abuja is it and leading the way. 🇳🇬🥂.

This is a beautiful design modern mansion with a lot of windows and front and back balconies. the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms are big. I like the walking closet. I like the three floors gate at the entrance. I like the contrast of the smaller penthouse in the house design.

Bro I really love your videos, high quality and satisfactory. I've watched a lot of your videos to help me figure out the kind of house I'd want to live in. But I do have a couple of suggestions tho Number 1, I think you should hire someone that'll edit your videos properly to cut out all the unnecessary scenes, the videos tend to be really long and for the most part most of the video is not really necessary, it can lead to lower average view duration. Number 2, I think you should start writing scripts for your videos, and if you do already maybe you should get a professional to write the scripts for you, so you won't have to be in front of the camera figuring out what to say, that also wastes a lot of time and impatient viewers are likely to click away. If you can put some or all of these suggestions into practice I think it could lead to better quality videos which will lead to more views, and more views equals more potential clients making the investment something that shouldn't even be second guessed.

Thank you for the video. Can the presentation of the tour be more planned out (don't wing it in several parts). Lack of seriousness, professionalism and engaging knowledge on the artifacts in the home. You could about the process or the thought behind some of the architecture / artifacts in the house. As estate agents and YT content creators, I think you need to plan these out a bit more to make the videos more interesting. For example, you can talk about why certain materials were used in the building. Please lets be better.

I love the facade, the kitchen, and the paintings. If i were to drop 4.8 million USD on that mansion, i would love to see a jacuzzi in both the king and queen's bedrooms, slides for kids and a fountain in the back yard pool. My back yard should look like a tropical paradise. Just to name a few. We are talking about 4.8 million USD here. My humble ideas though.
