RPCS3 should never be run from an archive! Please install rpcs3 in a persistent location fix guide

hey, delete all of the rar$ files in the temp folder, and delete all rpcs3 files. Then install it one more time, and when you download a zip file from the rpcs3 site drag this zip file to your desktop, extract it and only then open it. If you do that you wont even have to go to the temp folder. This should fix it

I had the same problem. Just go to "OneDrive settings" > "Sync and backup" > "Manage backup" > turn off Desktop backup. Then download the emulator, extract everything and run the application. It will work normally.
