Gentlemen, when I heard Heyr himna smiður recorded in this station, it was enough to break me emotionally. As much as I love this hymn and love that the group went back to this same spot where the ensemble sang Heyr himna smiður 9 years ago; that rendition of Heyr himna smiður still holds so much emotion and weight today. It still sends chills. The dissonance and harmony is so warm and thick. My ears can't get enough! This ensemble is such an amazing group talented musicians who continue to inspire every day! Well done! :D

5 minutes ago I was just watching a KZbin video that mentioned Ambrosian chants, which is similar to Gregorian chants, and it reminded me of my favorite example of chanting that you sang 10 years ago.
