Update: I'm about to purchase a truck through my current employer. Another video was made stating I left RTI due to personal emergency with family and couldn't be OTR for a year unfortunately. Wish I would have just stayed and paid it off real quick. It was a good deal.

I have the graphics set aside, I just need to sit down and record. I had to leave for a family emergency and can't return to this particular program. I am signing onto a car hauler lease purchase in a few weeks. I will have it up no later than July 1st, and remember, the fuel surcharge can 100% pay for your fuel!! That's what it's for.

13 miles per gallon is a stretch, only if your hauling sailboat fuel. Fully loaded semi may only get 6 tops at best. Don't want to go by heads ups display, you might want to carry a spare can of diesel.

Nobody else wanted it, and I jumped for joy!!! They didn't have any other manuals that I'm aware of at the time. I just got lucky. Have you ever considered hauling cars? You can make A LOT of money, and the work isn't harder than pulling double drop Targets.

I believe they aren't ordering new manuals anymore. The manual transmission doesn't work as well with all of the automated stuff in the truck. Mainly, the collision mitigation system can keep your spacing with cruise control all the way down to 10mph, but it doesn't work as well with a manual transmission.

I had to leave for a family emergency sadly. They have one of the best lease programs I've come across. I don't think I'm allowed to come back after breaking the lease. Wife had to have knee surgery and we have 3 kids, 1 that's still breastfeeding. I really enjoyed running Target, if they let me come back, I'll be right back at orientation in a few weeks.

@@najn2372 No down payment, I believe it's at $1.22 for most dedicated runs minimum. Some runs pay more The profit will vary a lot between drivers, runs, trucks etc. Their website has a calculator that is VERY accurate, that you can put MPG into. Getting 2mpg better is the same as paying $1/g cheaper on paper when fuel is around $5.20/gallon.

@@najn2372 It depends on where you live, they have dedicated accounts where you're home 1 day a week. But it's a good deal honestly. 2 years to pay off a 2020 Freightliner with 260k, all while making $2k+ per week? Truck should have 600k or so when paid off. Not a bad deal. Most lease purchase seem to end up with 1 million or more at end of lease with much older truck.

Yes but if you can save a ton of money on fuel why wouldn't you? I'm usually filling up at the TA for almost 70 cents per gallon cheaper and I'm a slower driver usually averaging 9 and 1/2 to 10 mi per gallon. By driving officially and shopping around for the cheapest fuel I'm actually profiting on the fuel service charge.

Whats the truck number might be my old truck? 80071. I had the blacked out 10 speed. Truck was good but it wasn't getting as high of mileage as you claim.. it would get 8.1 fully loaded. 9 empty and 12 bobtail. Good luck with RTI worked there for a year. They are ok but honestly there's way better out here. You have to have the seats down before the bed will drop.

80003 They are a good option for those who want to get in a truck and pay it off asap. Using your own fuel discount and slowing down, you can make it there easily for 2 years. I had to leave for a family emergency, but I'm getting back into a truck with TEL and USA Truck most likely.

@@TrickyMickTrucking where are you located out of? I definitely recommend working for a smaller carrier its way better in my opinion. Like 10 to 50 trucks. Any less and its not stable enough and any bigger there isn't a personal relationship with the owner.

I left the lease purchase program due to a family emergency and have returned back to work leasing a car hauler if you're interested in checking that out. The trucks ran 72mph max when I was there. I also started an NFT collection for mining Ethereum Classic that gives 50% of profits from mining, merch, and platform monetization back to holders!

@@TrickyMickTrucking to my understanding now it cost .75 to $1 to run a mile on fuel despite the other expenses, is it still possible to make 2k in today market. I’m really confused on how people make it with that rate and I’m looking at Western express they claims about $1.65 average. So from my research I have found 2 different types of leases pay 1. Pay by mileage 2. Pay by load Which one do think is more responsible in today market, from your experience.

You won't know what they have until you actually get there because they are filling trucks left and right if they can and there is very low inventory. Save up $20-40 k and buy a truck from a dealership! Instead of paying $1,000 a week you could pay $1,800.00 every month! These companies do this so you pay off their truck! They have the title not you. So when you get close to paying off the truck they won't give you any loads to make money so then they charge you fee's and then lease the same truck to another person and make double profit!

When you finance a semi it will be around 15% interest rate. Simple math will help you decide which way to go. Hint: lease payments are ALL tax deductible. Regular truck note payments are not. And depreciation is not even close to the lease deductions
