The RTS Link Malaysia-Singapore in Johor Bahru is now rapidly making a smooth progress. Fortunately, Singapore and Malaysia have resumed the Johor Baru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) project.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said that “The RTS Link will make commuting easier. Workers can come to Singapore to work, Singaporeans going to Johor or going to other parts of Malaysia can take the RTS Link instead of using the Causeway.”
According to MRT Corporation Malaysia, the RTS Link station for Malaysia will be located at Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru and will be connected to a new Customs Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) facility. Over at the Singapore side, the station will be situated at the Woodlands North Station which will also have its own CIQ.
I believe most of the public transportation traveller including me are super excited to see the RTS Link railway train unbelievable infrastructure development and exclusive progress. Can't wait to ride this New Johor Bahru - Singapore Rapid Transit System Link.
