Great video. I want to do this built based on the Intel 12600k as I have not done any video editing yet. This is sufficient for my need. May upgrade later when needed.

Great video Zim! Exactly what I was looking for. Would you recommend it for 4k editing? I’ve several 30 min 4k raw footage from Osmo Action 4, Insta360 and DSLR/Drone. The final render file comes to about 10 mins - 20+ mins after chopping, editing, color grading several 4k files. I’m a motovlogger 😇

Hi, if you don't have any crazy effects , it will get the job done, I've seen that lowering the timeline resolution, helps me a lot, with your type of workflow I think the 12gb of Vram will definitely help you out

Do you think that the i5 14600K 64gb ddr4 3600 Mhz will also pair nicely with the 3060 for DaVinci Resolve?

Hi, theyll be a slight bottleneck caused by the GPU, but then again many tasks on davince rely on the CPU, depending on what resolutions youll be editing in, you can get by but ideally you need a slightly more powerful GPU for a smoother workflow
