Strength of the 3-4-3 is that you are not recruiting the same player profiles as 90% of other clubs. With proper analysis/recruitment, the club should be able to identify undervalued players that are perfect for Amorim’s system. For example, wingbacks aren’t wingers or fullbacks and don’t fit in a traditional 4-3-3.

The mai problem with United is that when Ferguson was ready to retire he did so knowing that there was no depth coming up from below. He inherited a dynamic team from Salford and when they ran out of quality and speed he had nothing to draw from. Since then it has been all downhill!

I have always believed IF Rashford played under Klopp at Liverpool, he would be top 3 Ballon d'Farce vote getter. One thing Klopp did his after coming in season was to give a LOT of academy kids a run in the team, create some good will, evaluate what he has and sell those he doesn't rate, won't be huge fees, but they could add up.
