Hi Rujuta, thank you for this informative video. I have type 1 diabetes from past 11 years. I have been exercising regularly from last 4 years now (4-5 times/week, mostly strength training) and my insulin dosage has reduced a lot over time Alhamdulillah. I did not use to take any oil or ghee and I faced vitamin D deficiency and massive hairfall. But after watching your content, I started taking ghee and my hair health improved and I no longer feel pain in my knees (which was due to vit D deficiency). Thanks again for sharing all that you can.

I get tears everytime Ruchitha maam busts the myths usually told by the fitness experts. I had tried to lose weight thro the easiest way possible because of the pressures of the society and have miserably falied and was heart broken. That is when i saw a video where Preethy Singh(a ytuber)told that Ruchitha maam completely changed her life and lead her to being fitter and leaner thro her fitness books. I tried to read them and i am still trying to follow them- on my way to being fit! Have been seeing differences. Thank you so much maam! Thank you maam for telling that doctors has to tell their patients to *be fit and not LOSE WEIGHT*. You are just so amazing and encoraging!
