Questionable "biography/documentary" because: A) Her name is Charnele. Pronounced shar-NELL. B) Her husband is BLACK, with NO confusion. He would NEVER be mistaken for White.

We should all live as though we are color blind. We are all equal as humans.
@gregoryt11397 ай бұрын
I had an actual color-blind person share her perspective: Her shades-of-grey vision is extremely limited, and she truly wished she could see the vast varieties and complexities of a color-filled world, based on descriptions she's been told. Her standing in a field of wildflowers, isn't same as what I experience. Her view of a sunset isn't mine. She said, you don't want to see the world through my eyes. She told me to appreciate people's differences, rather than long for them to go away. If only I could convey her point the way she did.
@DaddyOfTheSugarVariety7 ай бұрын
@gregoryt1139 Nothing wrong with seeing beauty in everyone. That being said, we should see each other as equals aka color blind in worth. No one human is worth more or less than another. Especially based on their appearance.
@gregoryt11397 ай бұрын
@@DaddyOfTheSugarVariety That was her point, I think. [Equal worth of variety] isn't the same as [equal color.] To her, "color-blind" means make everything the same, like her sight. You can only do that by getting rid of everything that is different. We really need a better phrase other than "I don't see color," because my color is a significant component of what makes me, me. I mean, a person could describe a sunset and not mention any of the colors. The lady who spoke to me can, since she truly doesn't see color.

Good Afternoon. I talked to Charnele Brown on my cellular phone in 2014. She was a guest on a television program that aired on Sundays here in Houston, Texas called "Crossroads." She was talking about her teaching acting classes to anyone interested in pursuing an acting career. I called the number that was shown and she didn't answer. She returned my call. I was(and still is) interested in taking acting classes.
