Superb goals! Dawn also remembers getting into running through cross country when at school in South Wales. We agree with leaving the ego. Long term goals are far more important than any individual set of numbers. #keeponkeepingon

Nice one. This is great. Glad you found running, I only started at 37 and loved it ever since. Finally found your video! Thanks for commenting on my channel about training intervals. Those pyramids are still top of the list so stay tuned for that! Amazing goals and certainly achievable. Go for it!

What a wonderful cause and message! Keep up the great work. I think KZbinrs from Europe, especially the Welsh, have an unfair advantage--your accent automatically elevates your KZbin content! 😆

Mate I think as an idea it's amazing. The KZbin running community is immense an dim sure I've only watched half of the creators so this is perfect to find more content. Mind you I don't smoke or drink but I spend an excessive amount of time watching running you tubers 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
