Thank you for posting! I was only 5 years old but my father said it was a great show. This brought back great memories for him. RIP Neil

I really enjoyed this tour though it's hard to believe it's 24 years!! Neil's last tour with real cymbals and chimes on his electronic kit. First tour without an opening act. The re-birth of 'Natural Science' and the only tour to ever feature the complete side of '2112'.

I went to this show and sat where this taper was. Just watched 2112, and was blown away how good voice Geddy was that night. 👏

When Alex brought out the Les Paul for 2112, you hear the old Rush sound. Power chords that the other guitars couldn't reproduce.

I remember this.Great time.But 22 years already is a little scary.Where did it all go should of listened to the Elders back in the 80's telling me how time will fly when you get older.LOL Now they are tearing down the Bradley Center this Fall sometime.

I saw them twice in Milwaukee on the T4E tour and both shows were awesome. I actually preferred their Marcus Amphitheater show in 97, with a slightly better setlist (Stick it Out, Resist). However, this was also a fine show, particularly given it was the first "Evening With" show I saw for Rush.

Dude everybody makes mistakes. They just edit them out of official releases. The Rush show I saw in 1986 Neil Peart chucked his stick way up in the air and then dropped it on the way down -- like the first 5 times. When he finally caught one the crowd went NUTS!!!

@@DouglasLippi Cool story about Neil's stick, that must've been wild, hehe!!! But honestly, I don't think I'd be exaggerating if I said I've listened to maybe a 100 Rush bootlegs right here in KZbin (not to mention catching the band live on their R40 Tour), and I can say with absolute certainty that that one right there has got to be only actual "mistake" I've heard: little iffy notes here and there, sure, that's "live life", but an actual "oh man, that wasn't supposed to go like that at all!!!", now THAT was a first for me! Long Live Rush!!!!

@@erickbertin78 wow! Ok then! I defer to the expert!!! Very impressive he was so solid. He has so much to do!!! What about lyrics? How was he about that? At some point he probably had a teleprompter to help him out (as many bands do nowadays), but I bet throughout the 80s he didn't. One of the funniest things I've ever seen is a Kiss show from the 70s. Gene Simmons is supposed to be all scary and cool and there he is just totally forgetting the words to a song he'd probably sung 1000 times! 🤣
@erickbertin78

@@DouglasLippi well on the topic of Gene forgetting the lyrics, Eric Singer used to tell a funny story about Gene screwing up words to "Domino" each and every single time they ever played the song, which by the way includes the time they played it for the unplugged show and had to start the song again kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYvceXdsptpkbq8, the look on Gene's face: PRICELESS!!!!😐

@@erickbertin78 I'm surprised they bothered to stop. I'd bet they redid the vocals in the studio afterwards anyway... Kiss was known to do that on their "live" albums.

right when I saw your comment I knew what song it would be lol. They only played it on a few dates on this tour, and then never again. It's probably their most underated song of the 90's, and one of their most underated songs of all time.

The entire Bradley Center was a toilet. The fact the Rush could pull off sounding decent there was a testament to them and their crew, but they still sounded galactically better at the Summerfest grounds and Alpine Valley.

Let's not forget what year this was recorded & what a risk it was to bring in recording equipment...people should just be happy there's a bootleg...don't like it? Don't listen...end of story. Don't be rude
