Rushie... I searched this specific vid to share a quick story... In a previous comment, I described that although I've only been following for 3 months, I love RA Athletics, love your movement, love your ropes, products, gear and channel and love it so much that I got my wife involved, following and loving RA Athletics too. We now train together but I was at work yesterday and she called me so excited to tell me that she landed her first combination based on the video (she's right hand dominant)... She starts off with basic Bounce > right side swing > left side swing opening with right and back to basic bounce. She can repeat consistently without tripping. The excitement in her voice and I'm her face when I got home was priceless! You'll always be #TheKing

I used to study your early videos for hours trying to figure out how you made the side swing so slick looking. Always enjoy how you break it down!

That’s what I am saying! Who has time for all that? Studying for hours? I don’t have that kind of time to waste and it isn’t like your going to get Dr money after Learning something like that so why not just jump rope like a regular person.

Great lesson for side swings. When Comparing the regular side swings with the south paw side swing you do it differently ?? . I can do both but my south paws are way much slower than my regular side swings. Any tips here coach will be appreciated. cheers from Mexico City. Gracias

Hey brother. Thank you for the videos, super helpful. Love this channel.. Inspiring. Question for you, just ordered your "your money rope" and was wondering if the rope has potential to kink up if I tie the knots near the handles? Thanks again.

I need to take another video of myself to review, but I feel like my side swings are pretty solid, it's crossovers that I struggle with (less so with my beaded rope vs my weighted, but even still they just don't feel good to me for some reason).
@RushAthleticsTV2 жыл бұрын
Have a look at the crossover videos, more to come 🙏🏽😀
@arvandor68202 жыл бұрын
@@RushAthleticsTV Something you've never covered that I just found today that helped me a lot, was trying to do a second revolution while still crossed. If your wrists or hands are out of position, the rope will give you useful feedback. Like when you try to flick the rope for the second loop, if your wrists are in the wrong position, you'll pull the rope at an angle and likely trip. This feedback helped me improve my crossovers a TON today.

I never saw anyone jumping rope like that before. I was just at the gym and this guy was doing all that kind of crazy jump roping and he was even doing one leg side hopping with all that other stuff on top and I thought….when people talk about doing too much that’s what they mean….bro…jump rope…all that other stuff…..that’s doing too much but good for you guys. I would probably break my legs trying to do all that.
