Coach talks about using gravity for our advantage in this one. I would love to hear more about this! When exactly should we punch? When moving up in the bounce, in mid-air or together with the downward movement?

In a normal stance the right leg pushes you forward and the punch always comes after the left leg went forward. Hip rotation idealy starts before that, so when the right leg pushed you forward it comes next, then the back/shoulder, followed by the hand. But thats all too theoretical...you will find videos on how to oractice it on this channel
