In the process of making the pandan jelly now. The cake turned out very soft and moist even though the amount of sugar was reduced by 20g. Thank you!

The jelly layer didn't turn out as green as yours even though I used 10g more of pandan leaves. But the texture is wonderful. Sufficiently solid yet jammy. Thank you for testing the recipe for us.

I’m so happy that it went well. Always nervous when it comes to my first feedback 😅 the pandan leaves I used were very green. Not too much sunlight. If under direct sun the leaves are lighter green. Enjoy your cake!

Is the jaya tekstur hard or soft when bite it? I made using other quite popular youtuber recipe fail altot follow all the step , becuase they using mung bean strach once add it slowly beocme crystal

Hi you can substitute with 5 grams cornstarch. You can also add 1 teaspoons vanilla essence

Yes sure no problem, then you skip the step of pouring the hot liquid into the coconut mixture. Just pour the coconut mixture into the hot liquid in the pot

Hello, thanks for your explanation. You can follow the jelly recipe in another video and add the strawberry juice. Reduce the water by the amount of strawberry juice you want to add. Add the strawberry juice towards the end (same time as you add the coconut milk). Strawberry and coconut milk goes well together. See link here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIOTZnloqZyAjK8
