Ive taken osterine before. Infact I think it's in my cupboard from like 7 years ago. It's a Sarm. It's not as potent as a steroid in terms of side effects it's a little more mild but it's definitely something. I felt strong and I wanted to lift everything and throw stuff around but ultimately the acne was terrible so I left it 😂 I take ashwagandha aswel, it's a adaptagenic commonly used for people who suffer from anxiety. It allows your body to adapt to stress and I believe there is info to support that it raises test slightly but nothing insane.

There is way more to this story. The person who helps run VADA is victor cante. Victor conte is one of the biggest drug cheats ever, he finally got busted and ratted everyone else out, now he he presides over the vada testing. Here’s the twist, he’s also been involved in training Haney and Haney reps his supplement company and has been involved in this whole process with Ryan’s testing. So there is a whole another side to this story that def leaves some room for questions as long as he’s involved. But that doesn’t mean Ryan is clean.

@@justanobody0 the ref didnt count clear knockdowns, didnt take away points for excessive hugging from haney, didnt stop the fight when most refs would, and he was obviously seperating to help haney, a judge also scored it a tie which is horrible, and the promoter of dazn wanted Devin to win, so whats so hard to believe that they messed with the vada testing, especially when haney has connections with vada

Amir khan was tested positive for ostarine against kell Brook on the night. Vada has said that ostarine needs to be taken for atleast 4weeks plus to have any effect. It could be something Ryan has taken and could be down to contamination or a post work out that he didn't know about had ostarine.
