If you look at comic Johhny Blaze, and you look at Ryan and his resumé of playing experienced motorcyclists and recently even a stunt man, and his clear passion for the character, this should be a no brainer.

Well, in a better world, an actor of that caliber should get to develop a good film based on said IP with a proper director and a good script... But in this case, this just sounds like he's trying a bit too hard with the Ryan Reynolds Deadpool formula of "give me this role I'll be great, the whole of twitter and reddit wants me to play that role!" which should remain a one-time thing... I love Ryan Gosling, but this is some agent-driven "hey, you still need this demographic to become a proper marquee name" bullshit

I don't know if Johnny Blaze is the Ghost Rider they'd be looking to focus on. Brad Winderbaum has mentioned Danny Ketch, so he's a candidate, and we already saw Robbie Reyes on Agents of SHIELD, so there's the potential to bring him back as well now that it's been re-confirmed that Marvel Television stuff is still as canon as it needs to be, so they could do a thing with two Ghost Riders at the same time. If they're sticking with what the show established, it was at least visually implied that the rider who passed the Spirit of Vengeance on to Robbie was Johnny, so unless he got re-instated during the blip or something, his story might have to be a period piece set in the '90s or '00s or something.

This is possible. Ghost Rider is a spirit who can poses multiple people at a time. So, even if Kevin Feige wants to keep Gabirel Luna as Robbie Reyas from Agents Of SHIELD, he can do that and add Ryan Gosling as Johnny Blaze and even throw in Norman Reedus as Danny Ketch. Ghost Rider is the one character where everyone wins.
