Tony, renowned for interviewing the world's wealthiest investors, has identified four common traits among them:
1. Their primary focus isn't on avoiding losses, recognizing that assets can depreciate overnight. Instead, they concentrate on safeguarding their wealth through the following three principles.
2. The most successful investors employ strategic asset allocation, balancing investments between risky and low-risk options.
3. Top-tier investors prioritize asymmetrical risk and reward, strategically opting for moves that minimize risk while maximizing potential rewards.
4. Successful investors diversify across various asset classes, countries, denominations, and time frames.
In a conversation with Ryan about the best strategy for beginners in their wealth-building journey, Tony challenges the notion of specialization over diversification. He contends that by identifying 8-12 uncorrelated investments with genuine belief, beginners can reduce risk by 80% and increase their upside potential.
A forthcoming law aims to redefine accredited investors, broadening investment opportunities beyond traditional eligibility criteria. This legislative change inspired Tony Robbins to pen his third book, aspiring to open doors for a broader audience to access these lucrative investment opportunities.
With 46 years of experience, Tony shares insights into his enduring success in both education and events. He attributes his longevity to a simple yet powerful principle: delivering results beyond expectations. According to Tony, your reputation precedes you, and people will recognize your greatness through word of mouth.
Tony Robbins is driven by a passion for witnessing others achieve their highest potential. He continually learns from the world's best individuals, generously sharing their habits, investment strategies, mindsets, and more.
In Tony's view, the most valuable trait one can possess is hunger. Recognizing Ryan's hunger for growth, Tony eagerly anticipates witnessing Ryan's evolution in the years to come!

This is the first time I am listening to Tony Robinson and he is not realizing what the question was and he keeps referring back to Stocks and are super rich to compare the question that was when someone is getting started should they diversify so he hasn’t answered the question I like how you pressed him but he’s the goat so we’ll let him slide

He answered it. Take the test which congress will pass in 2-3 months and become an accredited investor so you can participate in the game the ultra wealthy have been in forever

I like how Tony is just talking about investing in opportunities that are available for multi-billionaires/ millionaires. He completely avoided Ryan’s question about how someone with no money can make it 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ It’s just a free marketing gig for Tony.
@FreddyPoveda
@FreddyPoveda 6 ай бұрын
That is right. Tony is so disconnected that he cannot answer that question. His money advise is for billionaires. Makes no sense. Plus he goes to every other podcast and repeat exactly the same talking points. Love tony but it is time for an upgrade.

@@FreddyPovedaI don’t think Tony agreed with Ryan’s premise or else his advice was for the masses and concentration is not for everyone, a lot of people who concentrate like owner operated businesses like Buffetts and Icahn and others end up diversifying and reducing riskeven if their net worth is concentrated into their own business and even if they take the added step of raising a bunch of capital and Buffett also invests in insurance companies and uses their leverage and sold equity to raise the capital to invest so once there is an ability to generate return, raising capital is a big part of it. But Tony’s biggest asset is the understanding of the mind and he knowsthat is going to add too much complexity and the number of people that take something away from it is going to drop with every added layer of complexity and the chances of getting something wrong go up with complexity. So yes you could figure out how to concentrate as long as you also understand risk mitigation and asymmetric returns and asset allocation and diversification and then leverage as long as you also understand the cost of that leverage vs the benefits. But more people are going to think they understand than the number who will actually understand. His audience isn’t ready for that. Maybe a 4th book will come out on how to raise capital or incorporate.

I just watched Ryan’s podcast with Shalene Johnson earlier today where he bashed Tony’s position where change comes from within and not with God. Then this podcast comes along and I hear Tony’s similar script from other recent podcasts touting the book etc etc and it’s virtual and under an hour which is unlike Ryan’s more recent trend. Ryan looks uninterested and even around 10:40 mark looks like he’s reading off of a script/notes. I’ve enjoyed many other of your podcasts besides this obvious VSL

I was hoping to ask him deeper questions like that but we only had 45 min and as you can see Tony is very skilled at controlling a conversation. Overall I’m grateful for the opportunity to interview him and hopefully this leads to another conversation down the road where I can lead the conversation.

I've always appreciated Tony, but every interview is less a conversation and more a canned speech he gives on every podcast. I wish he would give pauses for Ryan to get some questions in.

That’s because every interview is actually a paid appearance by the interviewer to have Tony do his spiel and essentially sell his product which is this general partnership stake, into these companies that sound like venture capitalism sold into small shares to the average Joe. What a weird trajectory Tony has taken, there is way more below the surface. I applaud his ability to move with enthusiasm, and all that energy considering this guy is always ON.
