Ingredients:
1 tsp ginger
a pinch of nutmeg
10g molasses
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
10g beet sugar
18g coffee beans
230g plant-based milk
Instructions:
1. put ginger, nutmeg, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sugar intoa cup.
2. grind your coffee beans for 2 years.
3. brew espresso. steam your milk.
4. combine everything and enjoy!

「作り方」
１、スパイス類と甘味料をカップに入れる。
２、コーヒー豆を2年くらい挽く。
３、エスプレッソを淹れて、ミルクをスチームする。
４、全てを混ぜて、エンジョーイ！

Peaceful Cuisine-san, a tip the for manual grinder is you turn the other hand (the canister). The small knob (in your right hand) will be the center of your rotation. This way it will be easier to grind.
