I just ordered one for my turbo s ! Question tho is it always on even when not dusty ? Also this kit is complete with everything right ?

I have this on my '21 RZR Turbo 1000. The machine has 70 miles on it and I just bout it with this unit already installed. Is the fan supposed to run at idle? Mine comes on when then ignition is on... Should it start up at a higher RPM?

No they are not when the car is idling it’s super quiet
